As music cannot be seperated from their souls, FORWARD emerges to the center stage with the music "as it is" without categorizing their genre --- "Free Pop"

"FORWARD" is a new name in the Indonesian and world music, but music is nothing new to them. Founded in Bandung on April 20, 2007, Sanny - Vocalist (FIVE MINUTES Band Album I s /d V 1995 - 2006 Blackboard / EMI Indonesia), ALEX - Guitarist (X One Band Album/Project Q, Djoker Band Album /EMI Musik Indonesia), Ronny - Bass (ZAMPA Band Album/Musica, Second Egg Band compilasi Album -Kisah 2002 Malam/Musica), Com - Com - Drum (Vogia Band Live music Performance café to cafe in Indonesia), with high enthusiasm and love of music, these four youngsters agreed to join and present music a la Forward --- a unique style for the world pop music followers.

FORWARD. We are inspired by this word to convey all forms of inspiration in the music world. We work towards a certain goal -- a goal to move forward with a touch of "music a la Forward", a unique and easy listening music, enjoyable and acceptable by all music lovers. (Sanny the vocalist)

Even though the music was simply packaged, music a la Forward is not headless. The lyric is not about love, but it is simply about the honesty of love, the love that should not be bottled up inside your heart. Like the first single hit, Lupakan Saja Dia (Just Forget Her), the song tells us what happens when somebody you love has been "owned" by somebody else, i.e., a hope to own a true love.

The song  Kemarin Ku Cinta Padamu Hari Ini Ku Cinta Padanya (Yesterday I loved you, today I love her) comes from the deepest feeling about a heart that goes back to the old flame: "Yesterday, I loved you - but today I love her - I really don't understand what I feel - I only try to be honest to myself ... ". This is in contrast to Merana Oh Merana (I suffer... oh I suffer) . In this song, it is about a person whose heart has been hurt: "I suffer oh I suffer - suffer due to love - you've abandoned me. I'm hurt ... I'm hurt ... This feeling - I'm hurt ... hurt... you left me". There are many songs in the FORWARD album that will make our lives vivacious.
